BLACKSEAFOR 2001

BLACKSEAFOR was created April 2, 2001. The initiator of the taco-th squadron came Tour-tion in 1998 because of instability in the region. Also, participants in the process of re-treaty to become Ukraine, Georgia, Bulgaria, Romania and of the Russian Federation.
